Ripple Wellness appointment texts
This program sends text messages from Ripple Wellness LLC, at (509) 355-7771, to people who have agreed to receive them.
What you will get
- Appointment reminders and confirmations.
- Replies when you ask us to call or text you back.
Texts never include health information, diagnoses or test results.
How you agree
There are three ways to agree. Each one is optional, and none is ticked or chosen for you.
- Intake form at the clinic. New patients sign an intake form. Its "Text reminders" consent is a separate, optional item that reads: "I agree to receive appointment reminder texts from the clinic at the number I provided. Reminders never include health details. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
- Booking with our front desk, in person or by phone. When we book an appointment for you, we read you this sentence and record your answer: "I agree to receive appointment reminder texts from Ripple Wellness. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
- Our phone line. When you call (509) 355-7771 and we cannot answer, the menu says "If it's okay for us to text you, press 2." Pressing 2 lets us reply to that call by text, once, at the number you called from. It does not sign you up for reminders.
We keep a record of what you agreed to, the exact words, and when. Online booking on our website does not sign you up for texts. Agreeing is not a condition of booking or of any care.
Frequency, cost and stopping
- Message frequency varies with your appointments.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. You will get one message confirming that. Reply START to begin again.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (509) 355-7771 or email [email protected].
Carriers and your number
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
